Conduct final or mid-term evaluations of local development projects, including rural land
management.
Carrying out inventories, structural and socio-economic diagnoses, and developing an action
plan integrating stakeholders in the plans for strengthening economic activities, with the
notion of information/awareness; protection/planning/control/economic development and community inclusion; review of local governance and stakeholder engagement.
