- Designing long-term community development strategies, studying the feasibility of Local Economic Development programs, and proposing the development of rural and urban infrastructure as part of the strategy to improve living conditions and incomes of the population.

Carrying out inventories, structural and socio-economic diagnoses, and developing an action plan integrating stakeholders in the plans for strengthening economic activities, with the notion of information/awareness; protection/planning/control/economic development and community inclusion; review of local governance and stakeholder engagement.

Conduct final or mid-term evaluations of local development projects, including management.
